Wu Haus x Backbody Project Portland Event
Join Alison on Sunday, April 14th from 9:30am – 12ish at The Evergreen in Portland for an energetic morning of movement followed by matcha and delicious food. Meegan Gregg, creator of Backbody Project, will guide us through a 60-minute heart-pumping, booty-burning workout. The class will be challenging, but all levels are welcome and encouraged to participate! Come as you are. Special guest, Mr. Wu (Alison’s husband), will be DJing the class. After we sweat it out, we’ll replenish with a Mizuba matcha brunch with delicious bites made by Shannon Sims (aka Loveshovel) of Food Art Love.
Doors will open at 9:15am, class starts at 9:30am.
For class, please bring:
- Yoga/exercise mat
- Water bottle
- Sweat towel (optional)
- Sneakers are completely optional (some people wear them, some don’t). If you want extra ankle or foot support, we recommend wearing them.
Backbody Project is a full-body workout with a butt focus, plain and simple. The glutes are the foundation of your posture—in other words, a strong butt helps you stand tall and lead from your heart. We will sweat, jump and kick out the jams. Functional and targeted movements build lean/strong muscle while cardio intervals create major endorphins and endurance.
