Happy Pride Month! Whether you identify as LGBTQ or not, it’s more important than ever to speak up, stand up for and celebrate this community. I encourage you to seek out related events and activities in your own community. Love is love!

I will be spending the rest of this week at Spirit Weavers, a workshop-based women’s gathering that’s always an inspirational retreat for me. I love to spend this time connecting with other women and nature, refueling and recharging me for the year ahead.

Can’t get over this gorgeous Manu Torres centerpiece at this past week’s Broccoli magazine event. The women-run magazine has created such a colorful and diverse vibe, and it was so fun to see that aesthetic come to life through their event.

Last week I spent an incredible few days with girlfriends an hour outside of Portland at the River Cabaan. Highly recommend!
